Recently I had a chance meeting of a Brad Belk. I honestly told him and his co-workers that I was in need of a commercial embroidery machine. I knew first of all that I had a limited ability to purchase such a machine.

I assure you I was treated with the utmost respect, and all my questions were answered promptly. Axiom searched earnestly to meet the requirements I asked for. They were most helpful. I needed at least nine needles and a machine that was compatible with my software.

Once they found a great Brother machine, yet gratefully without any worries to me because the price never waviered nor did the quality, I was able to go to Axiom in Archdale, North Carolina . A trained technician trained me concerning the care , maintenance and embroidery capabilities of the machine. He was wonderful, he never treated me as if I would never learn, but tried to somehow let me know I could make it. Thanks Tommy.

The secretary helped keep me informed . She also made sure I had a place to stay in Archdale.The Accountant was able to make sure the proper paperwork was completed. The machine was marked paid.

My husband picked up the machine. It was properly packaged and there was no delay in loading the machine onto our truck. The machine fit perfectly through my house doors. I was anxious to do a piece of embroidery. Through my literal step by step instruction sheet, I have my first embroidery work . Thanks again, Tommy. p.s.
