What's involved?
All you have to do is pack up your used printer cartridge, print out the prepaid shipping label, affix the label to your package, and put it in the mail.
What happens to the cartridge?
To ensure the highest print quality and reliability, Brother does not refill or remanufacture the materials once received. All used Drum Units, Toner and Ribbon Cartridges and Ink Cartridges are broken down and all of the metal and plastic components are recycled.
