Features Specifications Accessories
  • Extremely Easy to Use
With an easy-to-use interface, actions such as aligning multiple images, and creating separations or color corrections for every single image are a breeze.
  • PostScript Enhancement
Specify different profiles for image (raster), vector, and text objects, enable named color replacement & specify profiles for each image in a job.
  • Precise Color Reproduction
An optimaly calibrated system is the basis for every color reproduction. The dithering-methods developed by ErgoSoft specifically for digital printing, together with the very precise linearization achieve absolutely constant color gradients without any color drops.
  • PrintClient
The PrintQueue has been replaced by a complete new developed tool called "Print Client". Keeping the functionality of the PrintQueue, the PrintClient comes with many enhancements, making the PrintClient an even stronger tool.
  • CutClient
The CutClient, similar to the PrintClient, hosts and displays all cutting jobs. It also makes it possible to change cut parameters before the job is sent, with no need to re-rip the job after the change.
  • Scalability
Whether you need a solution for a single printer or for a production center, the ErgoSoft RIP grows with your needs.
  • Support of Popular Printers
The approximately 200 different printer drivers available in ErgoSoft RIP means that you'll find an appropriate driver.
  • Separating Design + RIP
You’ll be working more productively because you can instantly create and edit a new job as soon as the print button has been clicked, thanks to 3 modules: an enhanced Job-Composer, RIP-Server and JobCenter.
  • Estimate Cost
To provide a better production cost control or even to make the calculation of an offer easier, you can estimate the cost of a created job. Therefore the snapshot of the used image together with the parameters set up in the current print environment for media, ink, and time are used to calculate the cost.
  • Replace Colors
The replace colors dialog now allows you to increase the number of colors to be replaced. Until now, the numbers of displayed replaceable colors has been limited to the most used colors. It is now possible to replace colors that are not in the list of the color replace window. By selecting any pixel in the preview window you can add this color to the list of replaceable colors.
  • Variable Data
This new feature allows you to define different objects like variable images and variable text and combine them as one image. The layout of the job is made in a special design mode of the JobComposer. Once you have created such a job it can be saved as a template.
Based on that template you can define different attributes for each variable element depending on the object type that was added. It is also possible to mix static and dynamic elements in one template. All the settings for the variable elements can be imported from a text file or entered manually in the user interface. The big benefit of this implementation is that static objects are only rendered once. This function also boosts the range of possibilities of jobs and applications that can be done much easier and much faster than before.
