White ink conversion from Brother OEM is straightforward. GT 361 machines require replacing both 2 white cartridges upon initial white conversion as well as Arcus DTG cleaning solution (see video link below). GT 381 machines require all 4 white cartridges upon initial white conversion as well as Arcus DTG cleaning solution (see video link below). GT 541 does not require Arcus cleaning solution.
